In an effort to reduce the amount of cleaning supplies and detergents that enter into our ecosystem, we provide a full cleaning for your studio or villa every third day of your stay. Only towels, trash, and amenities are refreshed daily. However, if you would like to purchase additional housekeeping services, such as full daily cleanings, please dial “0” on your phone to reach the front desk.

All three of our pools are open to registered guests and homeowners. We simply ask that you wear a wristband to access the pools. Wristbands are available at the Towel Hut located at our Main Pool.

Additionally, you may dial “0” on your phone to have wristbands delivered directly to your studio or villa. The Towel Hut can be reached directly by dialing extension 61025 from your phone.

Our pools are open daily from 7:30am to 10:00pm. The waterslide at the main pool is open from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Guests must be at least 48 inches tall to ride our waterslide.

Weekly Activities
All of our guests are invited to participate in our complimentary weekly activities, including yoga, HIIT, pilates, lei making, ukulele lessons, and s’mores. As activity times may change based on the time of year you are staying with us, click HERE to view our current Weekly Activity schedule.

Located next to our Main Pool, Holoholo Grill is open daily from 7:00am to 9:00pm. Guests can view our menus and order online ahead for dine-in or take-out at holohologrill.com or by dialing extension 22538 from their phone.

We offer complimentary Shuttle Service to all of our guests. The shuttles are available to take you anywhere within the immediate Poipu area. Shuttles are first come, first served and as such, there may be wait times to take you to your destination or pick you up. Shuttles are available between 8:00am and 10:30pm and leave from our open-air lobby.

High-speed Wifi is available throughout the property. There is no login required. Simply select the Koloa Landing network and enjoy!

Our Gourmet Market is located in the open-air lobby and is open 24 hours a day for sundry, snack, and grocery purchases. Alcohol and made-to-order hot dishes may be purchased from 6:00am to 7:00pm.

Additionally, you can purchase groceries online and we will stock them in your studio or villa pantry. Click HERE to purchase groceries and have them delivered to your room.

Our concierge is available daily from 8:00am to 5:00pm in our open-air lobby. They can be reached directly at extension 56609.

The Spa at Koloa Landing is open daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm and can be reached directly at extension 56622.

Our Fitness Center features both cardiovascular and strength training equipment and is open 24 hours a day with your room key.

You studio or villa is equipped with central air conditioning. Please ensure that your lanai doors are closed in order to use the air conditioning. If your lanai doors are open, the air will automatically turn off.

We ask that you please turn off your air conditioning and lights when not in your studio or villa to ensure we conserve and save our valuable island resources.

Koloa Landing Resort is a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping is permitted in your studio, villa, on your lanai, or anywhere else around the property.

For the comfort of all guests, we enforce a $350 fine for violations.
