Housekeeping (Please Read)

To help minimize the amount of cleaning products and detergents entering our ecosystem, we provide a full cleaning for your studio or villa every third day of your stay. Towels, trash, and amenities are refreshed daily. However, if you would like to arrange additional housekeeping services, such as full daily cleanings, please dial “0” on your phone to contact the front desk.

Our Pools (Use & Hours)

All three of our pools are open to registered guests and homeowners. We simply ask that you wear a wristband to access the pools. Wristbands are available at the Towel Hut located at our Main Pool.

Additionally, you may dial “0” on your phone to have wristbands delivered directly to your studio or villa. The Towel Hut can be reached directly by dialing extension 61025 from your phone.

Our pools are open daily from 7:30am to 10:00pm. The waterslide at the main pool is open from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Guests must be at least 48 inches tall to ride our waterslide.

Weekly Activities

All of our guests are invited to participate in our complimentary weekly activities, including yoga, HIIT, pilates, lei making, ukulele lessons, and s’mores. As activity times may change based on the time of year you are staying with us, click HERE to view our current Weekly Activity schedule.

Holoholo Grill

Located next to our Main Pool, Holoholo Grill is open daily from 7:00am to 9:00pm. Guests can view our menus and order online ahead for dine-in or take-out at holohologrill.com or by dialing extension 22538 from their phone.

Shuttle Service

We provide complimentary shuttle service for all of our guests. The shuttles can take you anywhere within the nearby Poipu area. Service operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so there may be some wait time for pickup or drop-off. Shuttles run between 8:00am and 10:30pm and depart from our open-air lobby.

WiFi High-speed

Wifi is available throughout the property. There is no login required. Simply select the Koloa Landing network and enjoy!

Gourmet Market & Grocery Delivery

Our Gourmet Market is located in the open-air lobby and is open 24 hours a day for sundries, snacks, and grocery purchases. Alcohol and made-to-order hot meals are available from 6:00am to 7:00pm. You can also order groceries online and have them stocked in your studio or villa pantry before arrival. Click HERE to purchase groceries and arrange delivery to your room. Additional Amenities Our concierge is available daily from 8:00am to 5:00pm in the open-air lobby and can be contacted directly at extension 56609.

The Spa at Koloa Landing

The Spa at Koloa Landing is open daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm and can be reached directly at extension 56622.

Our Fitness Center

Our Fitness Center includes both cardiovascular and strength training equipment and is available 24 hours a day using your room key. Air Conditioning Your studio or villa features central air conditioning. Please make sure your lanai doors are closed to operate the air conditioning. If the lanai doors are open, the air will automatically shut off. We kindly ask that you turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving your studio or villa to help conserve our valuable island resources.

Smoke-Free Environment

Koloa Landing Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in your studio, villa, on your lanai, or anywhere on the resort grounds. For the comfort of all guests, a $350 fine will be applied for any violations.
