Have state taxes increased in 2018?

Yes, starting Jan 1, 2018, the state of Hawaii increased the transient accommodations tax by 1% from 13.42% to 14.42%. We will be collecting this tax on all reservations for stays in 2018 and beyond.

Does Koloa Landing® charge a resort fee?

Yes. A nightly resort fee of $32 is applied to all bookings and includes access to Wifi for up to 8 devices, on-site parking, welcome amenity, check-in POG juice or cocktail, and more. Call or email for more information.
