Koloa Landing Resort

COVID-19 Update from Management
Updated: July 17, 2020

To our Future Guests, Homeowners, and Visitors –

Our highest priority at Koloa Landing has always been to create a once-in-a-lifetime experience for every guest that stays with us. This experience extends beyond our luxurious accommodations, world-class amenities, and warm aloha customer service and starts even before you make your reservation.

With that in mind, we created this webpage as a resource for our guests to assist them in finding important information regarding the rules and regulations for visitors that wish to come to Kauai. We will update this webpage periodically with the most up-to-date information as it becomes available and note the date of the last update at the top of this letter.

We are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to welcome each of you back to your island home here at Koloa Landing and we have exciting to share since we last saw you – we have remodeled our lobby & arrival experience and our signature pool was recently nominated by USA Today as one of the best pools in the United States.

For the time being, however, the governor of Hawaii has extended the mandatory 14-day quarantine for anyone that travels to the state from outside the islands. Though, visitors and residents that are currently already residing within the Hawaiian Islands are free to travel within Hawaii and not subject to the 14-day mandatory quarantine.

Here are some helpful resources that will assist you in deciding when and how you can best travel to Kauai.

We are uncompromising in our responsibility to protect the health & safety of every guest that stays with us and every team member that works with us at Koloa Landing. To that end, we have created a comprehensive COVID-19 Health & Safety Program based on the advice, rules, and regulations set forth by the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, state of Hawaii, county of Kauai, and the Marriott Global Cleanliness Council.

We encourage guests to read our full COVID-19 Health & Safety Program HERE.

Please continue to check back with us as we update our policies and services based on the latest information available from our local and state officials as well as experts in the field of protective health & hygiene.

We are excited to see our extended ohana again as soon as it is safe to do so.
