Social Distancing with Ease
25 Expansive Acres of Paradise
Koloa Landing Resort’s campus is ideal for social distancing with ample space, multiple pools, and outdoor amenities. In total, the resort spans 25-acres of lush tropical paradise on Kauai’s famed South Shore. Guests can maintain distance while still enjoying one of our three resort pools, including an expansive 350,000-gallon main pool dubbed the best in America by USA Today’s 10Best. Our celebrity-chef poolside grill is completely outdoors and set to accommodate guests while still maintaining the recommended 6-feet of space in between tables. Amenities abound, families can enjoy our putting green, soccer field, and volleyball court safely away from other guests. Even checking-in in our open-air lobby is safe with ample space and airflow.
Semi-Private Elevator Access to
Luxury Villas w/ Private Lanai
Our accommodations are set up to provide ample privacy. All of our deluxe studios and multi-bedroom villas boast private lanais, kitchenettes (studios) and full kitchens with dining areas (villas) so guests are able to spend as much time in their studio or villa as they would like. Order out from Holoholo Grill and enjoy a meal on your private lanai with your loved ones. Additionally, 2 and 3 bedroom villas are accessed via semi-private elevator access, meaning guests board the elevator, press the button for their unit, and the elevator brings them straight to their front door – no long corridors or hallways. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that completely disappear into the walls bring the outside in and increase airflow through the villas.

Our proven track record of safety… Since the start of the pandemic, Koloa Landing has remained open to serve our homeowners and local guests. During this time, we have implemented and refined a comprehensive health & safety program based on the advice, rules, and regulations set forth by the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, state of Hawaii, county of Kauai, and the Marriott Global Cleanliness Council.
From March through September, we have accommodated more than 30,000 guests and are fortunate that zero reports of COVID-19 have been linked to our resort. Given this track record, we are confident that we can safely provide the experience and Aloha that our guests are accustomed to.
