Great resort, top notch hospitality, shout out to Paris! The resort is beautiful, it has the best pool in America, all of that. But what really makes a vacation special for us are the people and the hospitality. One gentleman named Paris at this resort went above and beyond to make our family, and especially our daughter, feel welcome and have a great trip! He was so kind and helpful and left such a positive impression on our family. Our daughter is 4 years old and when we left, she said "dad can we come back to just to give Paris a Thank You letter". Cheers!

Great stay in Poipu! Really nice pool area and kind, helpful staff. There is no beach at all - so something for families to be aware of. Great little shopping center nearby and several dining options in close proximity. I would stay here again - particularly with kids (pool water slide is a plus)!

Top 3 Resorts for us Definitely one of the best family friendly resorts we’ve been to. Perfect location with tons of places to go nearby. Food at the resort was also surprisingly good and the mai tais were good. Will definitely be back!

Family Get Away Central location on Kauai is near Lihue and the airport as well as a great starting point to see Waimea Canyon. It has an Amazing pool and the onsite restaurant is perfect if you want to stay on site. Great for adults only or families with kids

WONDERFUL VACATION What a great resort- so much to do with lots of amenities. We loved having a full kitchen to make our own Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners when we didn't want to go out. We loved the pools and slides. Can't wait to come back.

Natural beauty at an exceptional resort One of the best vacations I ever had! Everything was perfect, including the resort itself, its location on the island and the wonderful service. I had never been to Kauai and was amazed by its natural beauty. The concierge staff made sure we were able to see all that the island has to offer during our short stay. Can wait to return!

Would stay there again! We loved it! Lovely place with amazing pool and friendly stuff. Close to main beaches in Poipu 5/20 min walk. The pools are great just need to be early to secure spots to the main one when the hotel is busy. Washer and Dryer in units are great to travel light.

Phenomenal room, pool, and location Beautiful property with great pool, food, room, and service. Exceeded expectations. We had the 3 bedroom suite with rap around lanai overlooking main pool. Comfortably slept seven. Third different property we’ve stayed at in Poipu and we will definitely stay here again.

Satisfied Beautiful hotel with attentive staff. Pool is the best feature. Beach is accessible from Sheraton which is a 5 min stroll. Don’t forget to wake up early and watch the sunrise opposite the hotel. Both the marketplaces are very close by. Holoholo Grill in the property has good food and great cocktails. You have a tranquility pool where children below 18 are not allowed - perfect for some peaceful time. Housekeeping changes your towels everyday. Great place to stay

Fantastic Family Vacation We had a very relaxing and wonderful stay. Our daughter absolutely loved the pool! We will be back! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The property was in great condition! Weather was lovely - we expected more rain. Overall a fantastic/relaxing family trip!

Perfect family friendly resort As a mom of two little kids (3 and 6 months) I was looking for a resort that had plenty of space for the kids, us, and grand parents to have a nice stay on Kauai. The resort totally met expectations, we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa that had lots of room and a beautiful large lanai. We put the baby in his crib in the master closet which was quite large. The pools are beautiful and so much fun for kids. We enjoyed drinks at the bar and food at the grill, and walked to the nearby restaurants frequently as well to have a bit of variety. We’d absolutely go back and recommend this resort to other families!

Relaxing The staff are very polite, the room was always clean. My wife was particularly happy that they even washed the dishes! Everything was great. The food at the restaurant was really really good. And the area is very laid back. We would definitely recommend!
